Appointments and Cancellation
-We recommend that you call in for appointments but we do accept walk-ins when it is possible.
-For cancellations, please give us a minimum of a 24 hour cancellation notice.
-If you arrive 10 minutes late or more, your service may be subject to forfeiture or shortening of services.
Our goal is to respect everyone’s schedule as well as ensure that every service is its proper amount of time to be completed.
Salon and Spa Etiquette
We ask that you do not talk on your phone while getting services to respect other clients in the room.
We currently do not offer Private Group Parties at this time, but for all Non-Private parties of 5 or more, please fill out this form and a representative will follow up with you within 24 hours.
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), cash, and Spa Finder gift certificates (please present at check-in).
Our prices are subject to change without notice. Pricing on any printed or web materials may or may not reflect current prices. Pleae confirm with the front desk.
Unused products may be returned or exchanged with a receipt within 14 days of purchase. No used products can be returned or exchanged. No exceptions.
All gift certificate purchases are final and cannot be returned.
