Appointment & Cancellation Policy
We recommend you to call in for appointments but we do accept walk-ins. Please give us a 24 hour cancellation notice. Arrivals that are 15 minutes late or more are at risk of not being honored.

We have gift certificates for any amount or service.
Private Parties
We offer special packages designed for your special occasion! Please inquire at the front desk for more information.
Parking
There is parking on the streets or in the Webster/Cowper City Parking immediately behind the salon (accessible through Webster or Cowper). There is a back entrance that can be accessible from the parking structure.
Payment
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), cash, and Spa Finder gift certificates.
Return Policy
Unused products may be returned or exchanged with a receipt within 14 days of purchase. No used products can be returned or exchanged. No exceptions.
